A coastal city which is situated in western India and bounded on all sides by state of Gujarat. A coastal paradise for those who cancel the plan of Goa (Vo kehte hai na Goa Plan Bante hi Cancel hone ke liye) and who seek peace, daman is best place for them. if you are beach lover, you can plan your trip to Daman.

Daman is the place, where people find peace, calm and relish themselves at beaches of Daman. It is also called Mini-Goa. This place often offers a traveller to spend good quality of time with family and friends. It is small city which attracts lots of tourist every weekend. Since, From, attracting beaches to historical monuments, and have wondrous, panoramic view of Arabian sea while, driving through Queen’s necklace and from art, culture and architect of city. It has everything which influence tourist, travel enthusiastic to explore this coastal place. 

So here, is the list of best place to Explore in Daman.

1-Jampore Beach

At a distance of 5.5km from Daman Bus Stand. It is spectacular beach. Which gives peace to mind. If you want to relish yourself from your busy routine schedule this place is best place in Daman. For, the people who are very adventurous in life and who want some water sport this place is perfect for them to do watersport activity. The coastal fringe has very lined up palm tree which gives the best scenic view from the beach and for foodies this beach offers a wide variety of sea food to them. The beach shack offers a wide variety of non-vegetarian food which is made by locals for people who love to eat sea food. it is a best place to capture the beauty of sunset. just explore this scenic view of beach with sea food and create a fantastic lifetime memory of Jampore beach. It is also called golden sand beach.

2-Devka beach

At a distance of 3.5km from Daman Bus Stand. It is another popular beach in daman city which offers picturesque and sight of pure beauty. It attracts massive number of tourist place from neighbouring state Gujarat and Maharashtra. This beach facing hotels and resort so, for tourist who want to spend good quality of time with family can stay in beach side facing hotels and get a scenic view from the hotels. Swimming in devka beach is strictly prohibited as it has rocks on sea shore. It is also a best place to capture the beauty of sunset. you can spend by seeing the sunset with a perfect vivid hues of orange sky in evening.

3-Lighthouse

At a distance of 3 km from Daman Bus Stand. The lighthouse offers a very spectacular view of Arabian sea. It serves as a navigational aid for maritime pilots at a sea or on inland waterways. It is like a traffic sign on a sea. it is perfect place to explore and have panoramic view of Arabian sea.  “I can think of no other edifice constructed by man as altruistic as lighthouse. They were built on to serve. – George Bernard Shaw”.
